- The baseboard is being installed and will be done this week
- Chairs and tables were painted
- Completed the painting on the walls
- Everything is running on time

Weekly Progress - April 28, 2025
- The grounds and pool were filled with water this weekend – it looks beautiful and is coming together nicely.
- Interior details completed, Gunite process finished, Pool filled with water.
- The pool and spa will cure for the next 2 weeks while final touches are completed.
- Huge thanks to Diamond G, the subcontractors, and Mike (the painter) – all have done an awesome job

- Base and compaction for pavers completed.
- Pavers are currently being installed.
- Electrical work completed.
- Pool tiles are currently being installed.

- Drainage system installation completed.
- Coping around pool and spa finished; Electrical repairs finalized.
- Pool decking base compaction ongoing.
- Paver installation starts this week.

- Busy week with workers grading the pool room for decking.
- Electricians locating conduits for trenching as per code.
- Ramp work is ongoing; sides and steps are finished.
