Volunteer Applications - If you are interested in serving on any Committee(s), you need to complete the RBHOA Volunteer Application . Please submit your Volunteer Application to Kenyon & Associates. The application is located in the Clubhouse entry, or you can go to the Charter & Forms Section below. Drop the completed applications at the RB HOA payment slot at the Clubhouse entry or email your application to: Terri at terri@kenyonandassociates.com and/or to Melisa at assistants@kenyonandassociates.com
At this time, we continue to update the website weekly. The FOURTH Quarter Newsletter and contact list will be placed in the tubes by Patrol the First Week of December
Our next Paint Party Event - temporary scheduled for Friday, February 28, 2025.
Halloween Party Event will be held on Friday, October 25, 2024 open to ALL AGES in the Lockwood Rainbow Bend Community in the Rainbow Bend Clubhouse Rainbow Room from 5 pm - 9 pm. A flyer for this event has been placed in all homeowner tubes and on the Calendar Page.

The Committee will not have a FALL COMMUNITY YARD SALE. The Committee will host a Spring Community Yard Sale in 2025.

We can continue these events and more, with your help. But without your help, these events will not occur. We need help with ideas, announcements, setting up and breaking down, and running these events. We also need help with our website and newsletters. Committee provided paint colors and approved at September HOA Board Meeting. Painting of the Clubhouse Rainbow Room is scheduled for to start November 4, 2024.
AV sound equipment approved at the September HOA Board meeting.
Waiting for additional information on the, flooring for the exercise room and patio outside the pool area. The Committee meets at 4 pm on the First & Third Wednesday of each month at the Clubhouse Library.
2025 Budget is complete. Waiting approval by the HOA Board and ratification from the Homeowners at the November 2024 HOA Homeowners Meeting.
Committee Meetings are held the First and Third Fridays each month at 4 p.m. at the Rainbow Bend Clubhouse.
Currently working on the Rules and Regulations to bring them into compliance with changes in Nevada State Law.
Finished and presented to the Board the draft revision of the Bylaws which have been forwarded to the attorney for review.
The RV Lot Committee Homeowners are not allowed to keep any type of trailer, RV, or water sports on any driveway, street, or overflow parking anywhere in Rainbow Bend.
Space is (usually) available at $10 per month at our Rainbow Bend RV Storage Lot. If you need a space, please complete the RV Space Request form (available on the website www.rainbowbendnv.com - forms file, or in the clubhouse and someone will get back to you with an answer shortly. Any RV, trailer, or unallowed unit parked at a residence or elsewhere within Rainbow Bend (except RV Lot) CAN BE CITED and/or TOWED BY THE HOA.
