VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED

Volunteer Applications - If you are interested in serving on any Committee(s), you need to complete the RBHOA Volunteer Application. Please submit your Volunteer Application to Kenyon & Associates. The application is located in the Clubhouse entry, or you can go to the Charter & Forms Section below. Drop the completed applications at the RB HOA payment slot at the Clubhouse entry or email your application to: Terri at terri@kenyonandassociates.com and/or to Melisa at assistants@kenyonandassociates.com

Budget & Financial Committee

The Committee meets the 2nd & 4th Fridays of the month at 4 pm at the ClubhousE Executive Board Room. All Residents are welcome to attend. You must be a homeowner to be a participating member of this committee. Want to have an input on our budget, spending and investment? Feel free to stop by and be a guest.

The committee submits a budget to the board and reviews the Association’s management of money and makes recommendations when needed and necessary.

We are in the process of consolidating and changing financial institutions which were approved by the Board at the 2-25-2025 Board Meeting.

Communications & Events Committee

We continue to update the website weekly, post information on all the Lockwood Facebook Sites and maintain the Clubhouse Bulletin Board.

The First Quarter Newsletter and Contact List are being worked on and will come out ASAP!

We will be holding a Community Yard Sale on Saturday, May 31st. A flyer will be placed in the tubes as we get closer to the date.

We can continue these events and more, with your help. But without your help, these events will not occur. We need help with ideas, announcements, setting up and breaking down, and running these events. We also need help with our website and newsletters. Meeting scheduled - The Committee meets the 1st & 3rd Monday of the month at 4 pm at the Clubhouse Library All Residents are welcome to attend.

The new Sound System has been installed in the Clubhouse Rainbow Room

The Committee has selected the paint colors for the Pool Area, which were approved by the Board at the 2-25-2025 Board Meeting.

The pool project is in progress. Weekly reports with pictures will be provided by Michele and placed on the Website by the Communication & Events Committee.

The pool & spa are closed to all homeowners. No one may enter the Pool area while it is under construction

The Committee reviews the Association’s governing documents, charters, and forms. Recommendations are made for changes when needed or appropriate. Currently we are working on the HOA's By-Laws.

Landscaping Committee

Board Liaison - Glenn Martin

The Committee meets monthly at the Clubhouse. Future meetings will be posted on the Website and all Lockwood Facebook sites. All Residents are welcome to attend.

New Picnic Tables have arrived and been installed at the two parks along the Truckee River.

Our new Landscape Company is Green Diamond Landscaping. Their contract will start on April 1, 2025. They will be mowing the lawns on Mondays, so don't run your sprinklers on Mondays. Plus they will be picking up horse poop on Mondays. If you have any questions or problems with your lawn service, contact Glenn Martin - Email: gglennwmartin@aol.com Phone: (714) 915-0681.

RV Lot Committee

The fences along the entryway to the RV Lot have been fixed. Bob is still working on the addition to the RV Lot. If you are interested in a space for your RV, RV Lot forms are available in the Clubhouse Lobby or on the Website. Homeowners are not allowed to keep any type of trailer, RV, or water sports on any driveway, street, or overflow parking anywhere in Rainbow Bend.

Any RV, trailer, or unallowed unit parked at a residence or elsewhere within Rainbow Bend (except RV Lot) CAN BE CITED and/or TOWED BY THE HOA.
