Committees make a difference in our Rainbow Bend functions. RBHOA Committees are part of a decision making process for the Board.
All Homeowners may Attend a committee meeting.
Volunteer Applications - If you are interested in serving on any Committee(s), complete the RBHOA Volunteer Application. Please submit your Volunteer Application to Kenyon & Associates. The application is located in the Clubhouse entry, or download & print the form below.

The Committee meets the 2nd & 4th Fridays of the month at 4 pm at the Clubhouse Library. All Residents are welcome to attend. You must be a homeowner to be a participating member of this committee. Want to have an input on our budget, spending and investment?
The Committee continues to work on consolidating our banking needs. Reserved Funds are at Edward Jones and Operating Funds are being moved to First Independent Bank.

At the HOA Board Meeting, September 23, 2025 it was announced that the Landscaping Contract will be renewed with Green Diamond Landscaping for 2026 with no increase in cost and as written for the 2025 contract.

At the HOA Board Meeting on 3-31-206, the HOA Board approved an increase for the monthly rental RV Lot space to $20 per month, effective May 1, 2026. Homeowners who rent out a RV Lot Space have been provided with a new RV Lot Space Lease Agreement for signature and to be returned to the RV Lot Committee at the Patrol Office.
If you are interested in a space for your RV, RV Lot forms are available in the Clubhouse Lobby or on the Website
Homeowners are not allowed to keep any type of trailer, RV, or water sports on any driveway, street, or overflow parking anywhere in Rainbow Bend.
Any RV, trailer, or unallowed unit parked at a residence or elsewhere. 4-13-2026
