 The location has temporarily moved to 501 Rue de la Blanc, Lot A - next to the Rainbow Bend Clubhouse. 

CHAIR EXERCISE CLASSES - meet twice a week - Monday, Wednesday & Thursday

Time - 2:30 pm - 3:15 pm  (bring a bottle of water & (optional) light weights)

CARDS  - Every Thursday Afternoon 

Time - 12:30  pm – 4 pm   Open to all Lockwood Residents
