Spam Emails

Detective Frank Valdez - residences be wary of any emails claiming to be from any members of the HOA asking for payment of any kind?  A BOARD MEMBER WOULD NEVER MAKE A REQUEST BY EMAIL TO A HOMEOWNER.  DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL.  


Contact an HOA Board Member or Patrol, if any requests or demands for payment are made.  

The Storey County Sheriff's Office are working on the problem.  Storey County Sheriff’s - (775) 847-0959.

You may also REPORT this email to the FTC - by going to their Website  www.FTC.gov., add the spam email address and answer the questions.

HOA BOARD ANNOUNCEMENT

At the Rainbow Bend HOA Board Meeting held on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 the following items were approved by the HOA Board.

  1. At the HOA Board Meeting, July 22, 2025 the Board voted they will no longer print the Board Meeting Agendas, Flyers, Notices, etc., plus they will no longer be placed in the Homeowners Tubes by Patrol.
  2. Kenyon and Associates will email all notices to the homeowners who have provided their email address.  
  3. If you have not provided your email address, Homeowners will need to complete the Homeowner Registration form and submit the form by Email to  Kenyon and Associates -  Melissa Turner, Administrative Assistant at Kenyon: Email:  assistants@kenyonandassociates.com    or Drop off a the form at the Patrol Office.  The Homeowner Information Form is available below or at the Clubhouse Lobby.
  4. Copies of Agendas, Flyers, etc., will be available in the Clubhouse Lobby and on the website and will be posted to the Official RBHOA Lockwood, NV Facebook Site.
  5. The Homeowner Registration Forms are available in the Clubhouse Lobby and  below. 

PARKING OF YOUR VEHICLES ON YOUR PROPERTY

  • No parking is allowed on the grass or gravel area of your property. Vehicles may only be parked in your garage, driveway or paved areas on your property.
  • Violation notices will be sent out to the Homeowner.

Overflow Parking

The Board has authorized the towing of inoperable vehicles from the overflow parking area by the Clubhouse.   Terri Kenyon, Board Members & Patrol are working on a new parking policy for homeowners to park their vehicles in any of the overflow parking areas.  

Once the parking policy have been approved by the Board, the policy will be enforced.   Vehicles parked in any of the overflow parking areas must be in working order and must be moved every 7 days. All vehicles must have a license plate or a temporary moving plate. The overflow parking areas are not for vehicle storage, broken down vehicles and abandon vehicles.

If you have any questions, please submit your questions in writing. If you place your questions on any of the Lockwood Facebook Sites, they will not be addressed by the HOA Board.
